On our first visit, Benji’s name was written on the board in the waiting room, with other new patients, which we had never experienced before. On another visit, he was really nervous and accidentally pooped on a chair in the waiting room; but one of the ladies at the front desk immediately came out and cleaned the chair, separated it from the other chairs and deodorized it, which made me feel good how they kept things clean. Plus I was having such a time getting Benji to calm down, that it really helped me to be more relaxed. Then when we went into the exam room, “Welcome Benji” was written on the board with little hearts, which made made me feel they felt he was special. Then Vet Monika made me feel he was special, because she talked him out of his nervousness; he became completely cooperative and relaxed with her so she was able to do his exam. THEN the best part is she listened to everything I told her and did, what I felt was exactly what he needed. He had been having loose stools for months and she got to the bottom of his issue and it stopped within three days after his vet visit! Also the tech gave me a great tip on putting his earwash/drops in his ears and presto no more fights putting his medicine in his ears! Hats off to VCA Bonita Animal Hospital…they are the BEST!
